"My stay was very cosy and quiet."

The kettle didn't have a filter so couldn't have a coffee in the morning.

"Good for a few nights away,"

There’s no breakfast now and we only saw one member of staff but she was friendly and efficient l we have stayed before and use it quite often as it’s near our relatives.

Nothing except maybe provide some kind of breakfast which you used to do l

The message ahead of our stay was sent to a former colleague despite us having transferred the booking. The hotel itself felt very dated and unwelcoming and elements of the room felt unclean.

"Will go to a hotel with a decent bed..ie any of your local competition"

No food available..do no breakfast offered The bed was disgraceful...an absolute joke... I'm fuming that you think that mattress is fit for purpose...it needs to go in a skip now...your local competition will be so happy you treat your customers to a night of no sleep...they get the rewards.

The mattress was a total joke
