Just the proximity to the motorway - very noisy outside but quieter inside.

Didn’t supply toilet roll, or a towel, tv didn’t work and was very very cold

I had a pleasant stay overall. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and transport links. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities met expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a positive difference. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and efficient. Overall, good value for money

On the downside, there were a few minor issues: noise from the motor way, no restaurant/bar food available but nothing that significantly impacted the stay.

Absolutely nothing

The properly was cold, damp and disgusting. Nothing worked. The central heating wasn’t on, the window had a huge draft, I had to ask for someone to fix the shower which was scolding hot, dirt all over the floor, i wouldn’t take my shoes off. Waited 1 hour 45 mins for a response regarding me not being able to shower, then offered a room change 21:50… when i was up the next day 5am for a marathon. Spent the entire night being woke up by other guests running round, banging on doors, clearly just drunk. This place needs shutting down and avoid ! Even for £54 you could pay me to stay here again

This place is absolutely nothing like the photos. No one there when you arrive, had to ring twice to get a code for the front door so was late getting in, can only be described as sock fluff on the carpet around the bed, room needs a complete decoration, walls are like paper so don't expect a decent nights sleep, think we had about 3 hours due to noise in other rooms, black mould in shower, absolutely awful place!!

No one to there when you arrive, struggled to get in the property. Room dirty, looked like sock fluff around the bed on carpet, black mould in shower, didn't sleep as other rooms where so noisy, walls paper thin.
