Iris Hotel & Spa

The hotel is placed in a lovely quiet village and on the beach. The view from the breakfast terrace is mesmerising. The hotel beds were nice and comfy. The towels, floor, bedsheets were clean. Room service was good and available on request. Reception spoke very good English and was helpful with all my requests.

Bathroom is outdated and needs refurbishment. The bath and shower had limescale build up in the tiles.

Super nice location, direct access to the beach. The restaurant’s tables offer you an amazing view of the sunset/sunrise. The rooms are simple but clean and offer all the comforts needed for a nice stay. We could not see the SPA as it was already closed at 6pm…

Hotel and gardens were nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice but little variation each day. Evening buffet meal was plentiful and varied. The hotel was very peaceful most of the time so you can relax. Occasionally though some young people blasted horribly loud music around the pool. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable.The location was wonderful right on the beach.our room was very small but the bed was big and comfortable and it was ok for our needs, there was a fridge and kettle. All in all we liked it a lot

WiFi was poor although a new receiver was fitted day before our departure so probably solved the problem. I didn't like the tree right outside the balcony it blocked the wonderful views. There were no menus in the buffet restaurant, we would have liked lunch! On the buffet it would have been good to have labels on the cold foods to advise what they were, especially on the jams, yogurts, desserts, cheeses. There were lots of things I wanted to try but didn't know what they were! Many people have food allergies so this is a useful information. Beach was very dirty outside the hotel, people left rubbish, cigarettes, cans etc, it was never cleaned. There was no spa as advertised and no information was given about it, the coffee bar was never open that we saw. The coffee machine in the dining room was often not working properly, no milk or no coffee, on various occasions we had to wait for new coffee. One issue for me there was no ice cream available, I wanted some with my dessert in the thyme restaurant but none not even for the kids! There was rarely hot water, I had it once because I showered in the late afternoon, it is solar powered so thats why and it wasn't an issue for us but could be for others.

Bu zamana kadar kaldığımız yüzlerce otel içinde belki de en çok keyif aldığımız oldu... Denize sıfır ve büyük bir havuza da sahip oluşunun yanında bahçe ile peyzajı da harikaydı... Personel de hiç kuşkusuz aynı şekilde... Geçen sene rahmetli olan Kimya Y. Mühendisi, seramik uzmanı beyefendinin izleri hala otelde... Umarız bozulmaz... Bu arada oteli, konuğun nispeten az olan bir döneminde (Eylül) ziyaret ettiğimizi hatırlatmak isterim. Yoğun bir sezonda, otel doluyken ne olur bilemem...

Menu ve kahvalti çeşitliliği biraz daha zengin olsa 10 numara bir yer calisanlarda anlayışlı sabirli guler yuzlu tekrar gidebileceğim bir yer

Konumu çok güzel. Ama asla dört yıldızlı değil. Kapı pencerelerinde sineklik dahi yok. Banyolar demode ve küvetli. Klimalar eski Yanlarında bakımını üstlendikleri bir hayvanat bahçesi var. Kokusu olduğu gibi otelde. Bütün gece geyiklerin boynuz vurma sesini dinledik. Onlar sustu sabah çalışanlarının sohbeti ile uyandik. Mutfakta aşçı çok iyi. Z eytinyaglilar mukemmel. Ama çeşitlilik vasat. Kahvaltı da vasat. Arabalar çam ağaçlarının reçinesi den bir gecede berbat oldu. Ertesi günün yarısını araba temizletmek ile geçirdik. Araçlar için bir korunak dahi düşünülmemiş.Uc yıldız vermem yani ? Bir daha tercih etmek çok zor. Konum ve ahçı çok güzel fakat işletme zihniyeti sınıfta kalmış. Hizmet kalitesine göre fiyat çok fazla.

This place is a hidden paradise. We had no idea how beautiful this city and its surroundings were. Wowww! The location of the hotel is wonderful too. Right on the beach. We loved the view from our room. There is a zoo next to it which belongs to the hotel. There are beautiful gazelles and rabbits. The hotel staff is very well trained. They are friendly and helpful. We loved it so much, We decided to bring our kids here next summer for a longer vacation. Special thanks to the general manager Cem and his assistant manager for making us feel like home.
