Iris Hotel & Spa

Excellent hotel at a wonderful location. This is like a hidden gem. The hotel manager and assistant manager made us feel very special. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean. We loved the breakfast and the a la cart dining options were very good too.

Gayet memnun kaldık, konumu güzel otele ait havuz var, sahil kenarında plajda otele ait şezlong var. Pandemi döneminde açık havada kahvaltı imkanı sunuluyor. Otel temiz çalışanları güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Ayrıca otelin karşısında otele ait geyikler, ceylanlar, tavşanlar ve köpekler var. Otelin müdürü ve sahipleri hayvansever ve kibar insanlar. Odaların manzarası güzel. Oda temizliği iyi. Tek eksik odamızdaki pencere deki tel yırtılmıştı ve mini buzdolabı yeterli soğutmayı yapmıyordu. Ama bunlar genel memnuniyetimizi etkilemedi. Bu oteli tatil ve iş amaçlı gelenlere öneriririm.

The staff were some of the friendliest and kindest people we have ever met. The manager is always around to ensure the guests are all taken care of. They upgraded us to a better room free during check in, this was before they knew we were on our honeymoon. Very intimate feeling in this small but beautiful resort located right on the beach. Amazing place and staff.

The hotel has totally changed due to the new manager, the staff are so helpful now and the food is so so good, breakfast and dinner choices are amazing. The hotel grounds and pool area are so relaxing with beautiful palm trees. The sandy beach is only a 1 minute walk from the hotel where you sit and have your breakfast and dinner with amazing views. This is our third year at the hotel and can honestly say if you are looking for relaxing holiday in beautiful surrounding with great staff and great food, look no further.

No internet service in rooms, dinner and breakfast really poor.

Not sure how rating system works but hotel is pretty basic to me, more like 3 stars than 4, not fancy, room and bathroom looked dated. Popular with tour groups as it provides adequate facilities for short stay at decent price. Bed was somewhat on the firm side. Free WIFI was not strong. Safe, kettle not much amenities. Wall kind of thin. Buffet dinner and breakfast were typical Turkish fares. Lots of olives, cheeses, salads, sweets. It was quite healthy. There was a deer farm just outside the front door.

I was on a group tour together with my family. The hotel being a tourist economy class hotel we did not have high expectations. We thought that being a 4-star rated hotel it’s bring over rated. The tour agency arranged for a buffet dinner at the hotel and at the buffet dinner fruit juice were available and at the end of the dinner everyone was surprised when asked to pay for the fruit juice at Lira10 per glass. In principle it was not right as we were not told of the chargeable drinks as there was no other drinks available at the buffet except water and it was taken supposedly to be part of the buffet as there no information of a separate charge required. The food of the buffet was miserable. When we went into the bedroom, we noted that the room was terrible, the bathroom was without any soap and shampoo with empty and defective dispenser, shower unit damaged and the bath tub was without a anti-skit mat. The condition of the bed was not pleasant either, the mattress was sunken in. I must say that the stay at this hotel was a very unpleasant one. The breakfast was also horrible and we can’t believe how this hotel could be a 4 star hotel.

Hotel's location is rather secluded in a housing estate, good as a rest stop before proceeding elsewhere. Many tour groups use this hotel as well. Dinner's buffet was alright, not much selection though the servers were patient and courteous. Right by the Aegean Sea, peaceful and nice view in the morning.
