Breathtaking views!

The property is very nice and the scenery is spectacular. The room ammenities were excellent. The staff were very professional and attentive. We had no issues with the buggy service and those guys were great. Especially, Johnny, Nicki and Ronnie. The issue we had, it seem as the room we stayed had an ant problem. We called the front desk when ants started multiplying in one sink. They came quickly to address the issue. 2 days later the other sink had the same problem. We requested a deep cleaning and mentioned the ants. At this point we tried dealing with it but then it became a huge issue when it was a colony of ants under the toilet seat. We brought this to their attention with showing a video. The ants came out mostly at night. The front desk gave an apology and said she will let management know. We feel it's a huge problem because the thought of ants under the toilet seat the other nights and not knowing. Also the pool lights didnt work. The scenery would've been much better at night with the lights in the pool. Overall, very nice resort but minor issues need to be addressed.

Beautiful property and amazing staff. Everyone was extremely warm and helpful. Special shoutout to Palmy and Johnny Lambourghi who made us laugh daily! Everyone remembered our names and constantly acknowledged that we were traveling for our honeymoon. The views are amazing and while the beaches in Phuket are public, the section infront of the hotel was quiet.

This resort was amazing, the only downfall was the lack of options for food without having to use another close by resort. The staff was truly amazing, always willing to go the extra mile. The resort, while a way from the airport has a perfect beach and I highly recommend taking advantage of the kissing point. the views are amazing, the 8-course meal was perfect and something my wife and I will remember forever.

The staff was amazing. The cleanliness and attention to detail was what I appreciated most about everything.

It was truly amazing. Beyond my wildest expectation . Close to town. Walking distance however the resort staff will drop you off in town with the many golf carts.

This was the nicest hotel! They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. It was clean, beautiful, great food and excellent staff!

I absolutely loved staying at this property. Hearing the waves at night was amazing, the views of the water, the villas are amazing, the staff are ao helpful. We will definitely be back.

Friendly staff. They did not have a hot tub which was disappointing. Also- the property is far from other attractions on the island

Excellent service and food. Romantica room as perfect!breakfast buffet was spot on. The private pool made all things ok.
