Sitka Hotel and Restaurant

No frills but excellent location, close to cruise embarkation and local attractions, shops. Good bed.

Nice old hotel.

The airport shuttle is nice. Room are dated but the beds are very comfortable. Our tv was not working and front desk changed it out himself.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property needs to be updated.

Pros: bed was comfortable, staff did good job. Cons: terrible location. Hotel is located next to a bar that is open until 2am and the music is very loud. A food truck is just outside the bar do you get noise from band/music in the bar and loud voices at the food truck. I went to front desk and asked to be moved. Answer was no because hotel will be full tomorrow. My stay was 2 days, the least they could do was move me to another room that night but they refused.

Airport taxi was great!

Convenient location. Could have used a chair in my room.

THEY DID NOT HAVE A BUS SHUTTLE.
