"Great view…terrible bed"

The mattress was terrible to sleep on…it needs replacing! Could feel the spring & they made noise when you moved!

The staff was friendly and the room was mostly clean. The room was very cold upon arrival but warmed up. There was no shampoo available. Surprise charges was a 5.50 resort fee and 4.50 sales tax on top of what I paid when booking. Good location.

I loved my 2 recent stays at Sitka Hotel. VERY quaint and perfect sized. Never had issues from bar next door, and I stayed during the week and on the weekend. Close to great food spots and store.
