Absolutely disgusting! And potential scam. Notice on office wall says you’ll be charged $50 for missing smoke detector! And no refunds! I booked two nights and would not stay in that room. I abandoned it and lost all of my money. Charge 5% fee extra to book through Hotels.com, ends up actually being $20 per night more, not 5%. Roaches, filthy furniture, curtain doesn’t completely cover the window, broken toilet. Sagging filthy bed. No bedside lights, the marketing photos aren’t even close to the true horror. Ancient TV, not the advertised flat screen. And cheap hookers partying next door, could hear every disgusting word. I’ve never been in a worse room and was totally ripped off. Oh, it’s 500 feet under the airport flight path. Check our the horror photos and I have more. Do not stay here. Better to sleep in your car at the airport than this horrible place.

The place is under remodel. Its DIRECTLY under the flight path. The sheets are stained towels stained the light in the bathroom didnt work. The matress must have been 10-15 years old...it was so saggy. And the woman working the front desk was rude.

Me and my family had the best time swimming in the mountains it was so beautiful seeing all the families together I thank God for all I have,me n my family are so happy .

The low price was the reason I chose this hotel. They are undergoing renovations so I realize they have to be given some slack. Although the room was comfortable there was a very strong smell of weed when I first walked in. The tub also backed up with water when I took a shower. The toilet needed a bit more cleaning under the rim as well. If price is your only prerequisite this place meets the need of a place to crash.

The desk clerk argued with me and refused to get me a second sheet for the bed. Turned out, the 'top sheet' was actually on the outside of the blanket instead of a bedspread. I was told it was my responsibility to swap the bedding. Worse, the sheet/bedspread was stained and had cigarette burns. Also, when I moved the bedstand to get to an outlet to plug in my phone, cockroaches scurried from the piles of dirt and cigarette ashes. They also wanted to charge an extra 5% above the Hotels.com 'confirmed' price for use of a debit/credit card. Camping in a sewage pipe would have been more sanitary and comfortable.

I was generally pleased with my stay. A little loud due to the airport but not enough to make me want to leave. I will be back!

First off no ice machines then hair in bed, bath tub had hair all in it. Floor was very dirty used soap laying on bathtub. No wash clothes I called office they said they would bring some and never did. I didn't say anything or take pictures but I wish I had.

Over all stay was ok. Room was clean. Bed was confortable. Staff was accomidating Property needs major upgrades. Tubed tv with limited chanel selection. Wifi was very weak.

Clean basic room. But, bring your own wash cloth, they do not even know what one is, plenty of towels though. Bed made up with sheet on mattress, then blanket. then sheet on top. Ever make your bed that way. BRING!! ear plugs... you are directly in line with tys runway, planes are 100 ft over your head.

We visited Gatlinburg unaware that we were there at the most popular time of year,so we called around and this place was there only place we found a room in. I didn’t have a lot of expectations But OMG. There were roaches crawling everywhere. The floor was filthy. When I pulled back the sheet there was dirt in the fitted sheet elastic. There was black mold growing 6 inches high on the shower door. The door frame looks like someone prayed it open and was broken. This place is a real health hazard. Also they told me on the phone they needed my credit card info but I’d need to pay in cash. I’m watching my bank Acc for bogus charges now. if you care about your health or safety DO NOT stay here!!!
