The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa, Phuket

Zwei Dinge an diesem Hotel sind super, die Mitarbeiter und die Aussicht.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß, die Wege sehr lang und steil, sodass man mit kleinen Kindern oder wenn man nicht sportlich ist immer auf ein baggy warten muss. Die zwei Riestaurants sind nicht klimatisiert, was das Abendessen zu Qual werden lässt. Die Restaurantpreise sind ziemlich hoch. Das Essen eher mittelmäßig. Die Lage vom Hotel sehr abseits von allem, sodass man immer Taxi fahren muss und kein 7 Eleven, oder andere Annehmlichkeiten in Laufzeiten hat. Die Pools sind schön aber haben gefühlt nur zwanzig liegen für die hunderten von Gästen. Es gibt definitiv deutlich schönere, kleinere und persönlichere Unterkünfte in Thailand. Das hier würde ich nicht noch mal buchen.

Such a beautiful setting. Very friendly, helpful staff. They took exceptional care to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Sometimes we had to wait to be served our food at lunch and dinner although the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Location

Rooms need a bit of TLC expensive food & drink staff were not helpful at times no music while laying at pool. Were they while a 25th anniversary thing was happening so had no access to the pool by our room which we sat at each day which I thought was a disgrace considering we paid just like everyone else. The other pool that day hadnt enough sunbeds to cater for the extra guests using it because of the closure of the other pool

Everything was perfect. We had a room with a shared pool and it was perfect to cool down. The hotel is situated on a perfect location if you want to visit Phuket Old Town and travel to Krabi to visit some islands. The sunsets were stunning and staff so friendly. We loved every minute of our stay.

Les équipements sont un peu laissés à l’abandon. État des sdb très moyen Piscines qui mériteraient un bon coup de nettoyage et de rafraîchissement. Les tarifs des boissons et plats excessifs C’est dommage ça pousse le client à sortir de l’établissement
