Nous avons appréciés notre séjour avec nos enfants adultes, l’emplacement au calme nous a permis de nous reposer et l accès aux navettes de l’hôtel au top pour aller à Patong et puket etait top , le personnel au top à l’écoute nous reviendrons très vite

Well maintained and has a private beach Food was good and staff very helpful and polite. Has in house provisions for kayaking , paddle boating etc.

On the west coast .. bit far from the attractions. However if you are looking at a quiet family time around a beach then this is the place

When your driver goes "wow" when you arrive here you think this is going to be good, and yes it is. Check in/out is quick and easy and then enjoy the buggy ride to your room. Room 4335 was so spacious we could have got all our family in with a very good size bathroom, good decor and I must say a very large comfortable bed. The views in the morning over the bay from our balcony were breath-taking. Breakfast in the morning is served in the main dining area with lots of choice, excellent service and sitting on the terrace with that view is priceless. However, in my opinion a little TLC/refurbishment would elevate this hotel to an even higher standard than it is now and which it richly deserves.

My family just finished our stay at the Westin Siray Bay for 5 nights. Overall we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is built on a hill so getting around is via buggies that you can call 24/7. We never had to wait more than 2 mins for the buggy to arrive, which was very efficient. You could walk too but the steep slopes may not be for everyone. The buggy staff were always super friendly and I loved the chats I had with them everyday. Especially Noop and Sunny, they were extremely friendly and helpful, always driving us around with huge smiles. The hotel has a private beach, but the waters are not as clear as the beaches on the west side of Phuket. Nonetheless, my kids had a fantastic time canoeing and paddle boarding, activities which are all free. There are sand play toys and other activities for kids to use on the beach too, which was great. One big highlight was the kids club, which we only discovered halfway through our stay. My kids absolutely loved it, with 2-3 staff on hand to look after them. We had to change our planned itinerary to allow the kids time at the kids club each day as they really enjoyed themselves. I can’t remember the names of the staff but they were really good! Breakfast was amazing! The mains changed everyday, and the quality was top tier. I would rate the quality of their breakfast quite high compared to other Bonvoy hotels. The manager came over every morning to have a chat, and to make sure we were looked after. We did have some issues during our stay though. The rooms had their water supply disrupted due to a broken pipe at night. We had to go to a different room to shower and it was quite inconvenient. However, the maintenance guys did well in sorting it out by morning. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Gift, the front desk manager, for trying to help us through that episode. She did her best to ensure we were well looked after. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my stay. Despite issues with the water supply, the professionalism and hospitality of each and every staff made my stay a truly memorable one. Thank you to all at the Westin Siray Bay for looking after my family, and we will look forward to staying with you again.
