Les lits sont très confortables L’hôtel est jolie d’extérieur mais mal agencé pour des familles avec des jeunes enfants. C’est plutôt destiné à des couples.

Le restaurant continental n’est pas à la hauteur d’un restaurant 5 étoiles, le mobilier est vieillissant, les assiettes et couverts sont vraiment usés les odeurs qui traversent le restaurant sont très désagréable Les piscines sont petites

Not a clean property. For the price not a good location. Beach is not pretty water. Dark. Food and drinks expensive. Property is old and molded. Rotten wood and roofs everywhere. Construction going on. I would not recommend this property at all.

The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa Phuket is a stunning resort currently undergoing a transformation into a future Ritz-Carlton Phuket Siray Bay. Perched on the eastern side of Phuket, the property boasts beautiful bay views from virtually every room. Its transition into a top-tier Ritz-Carlton feels like a natural fit and will undoubtedly elevate it into one of the region’s premier luxury destinations in the years ahead. Even in its current state, the resort already offers many of the facilities you would expect from a five-star property. Once renovations are complete, it is well positioned to become a strong contender among the top luxury Bonvoy resorts globally. What truly set this property apart during my stay, however, was the exceptional service. Despite some rooms and villas being temporarily unavailable due to ongoing upgrades, Piano at the front desk went above and beyond to arrange the best possible suite with an outstanding view. She made a genuine effort to accommodate my preferences, and her attentiveness and warmth made me feel both valued and at home as a long-term elite member. This level of personalized service left a lasting impression and made my stay especially memorable. The resort itself offers everything a guest could need for a relaxing getaway. For those looking to explore beyond the property, regular shuttle services to Patong and Phuket Old Town are available, adding both convenience and value to the overall experience. I had a truly fantastic stay at the resort, and I’m especially grateful to Piano and the entire team for their hospitality. I wish them continued success as the property evolves—if the service I experienced is any indication, its future as a Ritz-Carlton is incredibly promising.

We stayed in the pool access king room. Loved it.

It’s old and lacking some maintenance in certain areas.

Hotel vétuste Chambre pas propre; la terrasse de la chambre voisine qui donnait sur la piscine commune aux deux chambres est restée en désordre et non nettoyée plus de 24 heures tarif trop élevé pour ces prestations : 800 EUROS POUR 3 NUITS EN PD

Really nice hotel with nice amenities. Excellent service. The hotel itself is just aging and in need of an update, and it shows. One of the porters told me it’s converting to a Ritz Carlton, so it sounds like the upgrade is coming soon.
