The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa, Phuket

I like the fact of restaurants and bars were on the short and you can go to the beach near by.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the city was about an hour away.

The property is located near Phuket Old Town, close to ferry terminals and about 45 minutes drive from Patong Beach. The hotel is located on a hill with views of the bay and the big Buddha. The hotel has a very peaceful ambiance, the rooms provide great views and some rooms come with a private pool attached to the room. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Noise is not a factor at all in fact the sounds of the birds provide a very refreshing, peaceful treat. The hotel cost is in the medium range and is a good value for the money. The service provided at the reception, the restaurant and by the buggy drivers is excellent. The following staff provided excellent service and made our stay memorable: Pim, Gift, Chloe (Reception), June, Zeen, Mink, Mod, Na, Pancake, Nina and chef Buphat provided top class service at the restaurant.Buggy drivers were great particularly Aek and Sunny.

Property, View, peace and calm Pools were awesome. Breakfast was very good

- small beach - thai restaurant - avoid - ripoff and poor quality - either you should be fit to climb steps to the room or wait for a buggy patiently. We did both - location was a bit remote so no facilities outside the hotel

The property, including pools, dining, bars, fitness centre and Accommodation. The staff were lovely and we felt welcome and well catered for. We would highly recommend this resort as a place to stay.

There is nothing we didn’t like about this resort.
