Service, location (very quiet), stunning rooms with views

Property was under renovations so a few services were moved around and some amenities were not accessible

The stay was pleasant. The staff were all very pleasing. In particular, 2 staff, Bambi & Fern, both dedicated and smiley. The software - people is good but the hardware - hotel needs much upgrading and sprucing up as it showed signs of wear and tear everywhere. At least the main swimming pool is still properly maintained. But one thing’s won’t change and that’s the view from the rooms facing the Bay. It’s superb and mesmerising in the evening. Word has it that June 2026 will be their last month and after that this property will embark on a major renovation to gain a new identity - Ritz Carlton.

The Westin Siray is a beautiful hotel on the water. This is my first time staying at the hotel and my first impression was the professionalism exemplified by Bambi and Nina to help with my check-in. Over the 3-night stay I continue to love my experience with the hotel: the main pool, the private beach, breakfast, in-room service for dining and housekeeping. I saw Nina and Bambi and also got to know Lena of the front desk a few more times and they were amazing helping the guests to check in and with other services needs. I would even say as a result of these young people providing first services I would definitely come back next time. Nina was also on the royalty team and she called my room number for feedback etc.

The Resort is beautiful but it is in the process of getting converted to Ritz Carlton so there is construction going on but it didn’t bother us at all. We had a beautiful 2 bedroom villa with a private plunge pool and incredible views! The service was increíble specially from Nektide Nattasit, he made our coffee drinks at breakfast. All the staff was friendly and attentive.

Was lovely and serene! Loved the facilities and the staff were super helpful and friendly!

Wish it was renovated as it smells a little in the rooms, and the private beach is not swimmable!
