Pepperclub Hotel

The staff were wonderful, and both the food and coffee were outstanding. The bed was very comfortable, and my room offered a nice view. Everything was spotless, and the bathroom was excellent

I enjoyed my stay at the Pepperclub and the friendliness of the staff. Really good hotel and it is also a central location.

There is heavy construction both in and outside the hotel — yes even the weekends starting at 7am with drilling vibrations that bring on migraines. The rooms let in ALL the noise of guests’ conversations and doors slamming in the hallway. Even in the fanciest suites, there isn’t a single TABLE if you should want to enjoy your food or coffee in the room. There’s a fridge and microwave but not a single cup, plate, utensil?! Save your money and stay somewhere safe else -

The hotel overall was really good especially the restaurant The only down side it’s near one of the party streets of Cape Town and that can be a distraction if you need a good nights sleep

I had the pleasure of staying at the Pepperclub Hotel for three days, and it was truly a 5-star luxury experience from start to finish. Hotel is situated right in the heart of Cape Town, close to everything you’d want to see and do. Easy to get to from the airport. The rooms I had are spacious, modern, stylish and the bed was honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! The room was serviced daily. Towels changed. Bottled water provided and bed turned down in the evening. Best part of the room was waking up to a breathtaking view of Table Mountain The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile, which really elevated the entire experience. The food was also excellent, with a variety of well-prepared dishes that matched the hotel’s luxury feel. Definitely worth it for a proper 5-star experience. Overall, the Pepperclub delivers on its promise of comfort, class, and top-tier service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxury stay in Cape Town.

Great times was had by all, very enjoyable stay, will definitely stay here again be it for work or leisure.

The staff is really friendly and kind, they make you feel happy. The food is delicious. The shuttle to the Waterfront is very useful and drivers were very kind too. The hotel location is fine. Unfortunaly the room service is awful. In 6 days they wouldn't clean the dust on bed tables, towels were changed but not for clean and new ones (they just picked from the floor the used ones and folded them again pretending they were clean). Furthermore we had to ask several times for the amenities and they wouln't bring them. The room was not neat and the room service is not at all a five star level. They must improve.

Service was top notch. Cleaning was taken to a new level. True 5 star hotel. Nothing more to add
