Several holes in the wall the bathtub was stained the air unit made a very annoying noise but air did not work

Filthy, broken, uninhabitable rooms. Front desk staff refused to call off-duty manager at 7 PM—the refund authority.

"One night ok, but would not recommend"

The location to our meeting place was why we chose this hotel. Location was great in proximity to food and shopping

The hotel lobby smelled like cigarettes smoke and marijuana. Room was really worn down, fixtures in the bathroom were replaced but the backing of said fixtures were left, holes in the wall and doors. Stains on the carpet. Remote control for the TV did not have a back to the batteries and the sprints were sticking up, so the TV could not turn on. Towels were dingy.

"Poorly maintained hotel"

Location

The hotel was poorly maintained. Most of the furniture in the room and lobby were damaged, vents didn't have grates, there were stains on the floors and bed sheets.
