Poor attitude from staff, not enough food put out for breakfast for the number of guests staying in the hotel and when mentioned to staff they did not seem to care or take the initiative to make more or refill. Pool was closed, but not due to maintenance only because they did not want to open. It only had two towels in the bathroom when asked for more we were told they didn’t have anymore no ice bucket in the room for ice no microwave in the room to use and no TV remote

I wasn’t able to adjust the temperature in the room. It’s like they removed the nobs so you wouldn’t be able to adjust the temp.

The counter staff was very nice and helpful. There were nice fixtures in the room like granite counters in the restroom.

The room was not very well maintained. The all of furniture, walls, carpet (etc) were scratched or stained. They were short on things like blankets and pillows so we could not get any for the person sleeping on our fold-out couch. There was no in room phone to call down to the front desk when we had no towels. In general this hotel has been treated roughly and needs some deep cleaning and restoration. The pool was closed.

This has been my 3rd time staying in the past year. I was upset that the pool hasn't been open in a year. I talked to a staff member and I will quote them, they have worked there a few months and don't ever remember the pool being open and couldn't give me a reason why .

The young lady at the desk was very sweet and helpful.

Well, the bathroom door has a big hole in it, also the toilet paper holder was ripped out the wall, and the carpet was extremely dirty.
