The customer service was good.

The suite room was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Pool hours didn't match.

This place was great loved it

The Jamaican guy who was our host , was Great. He tried to help me with all of my complaints.

I Booked a queen suite from 4/2 to 4/4 for my son 12th bday celebration. And instead of celebrating I had to CLEAN my OWN ROOM.... sink and table needed to be wiped down.... irritating right, but nothing to loose my cool over since I Always Sanitize and Wipe Down Every Hotel Room I Stay In. For starters, I called A few days before I went to inquire about the pool, because I had 3 children with me who wanted to swim. I was told the pool was up and running just for it to close the day before I got there due to them not getting the pool cleaned. Red flag #1. There was all kinds of foreign stains on the walls and doors which a simple cleaning would fix. The lamp that was on the night stand next to my bed was so full of dust.... the lamp shade was filthy with some type of brown wett residue on the inside of the lamp shade..... The worst part was the pizza crust that I found in between my sheets!!🤮🤮🤮 There was pizza stains im assuming all over the sheet were I found the pizza crust laying. I WAS OUTRAGED. I told the host about all my problems and he assured me that my bedding would be changed out and my room would be cleaned by the time Me and the kids came back from our event, which took about 4 hrs. We returned to our room just to see it the same way it was when we left... The pizza crust STILL on the bed. I was informed that they only had 2 House keepers for the whole day, So the host came to my room and assisted me with changing out all the sheets. He brought clean sheets from the laundry room.which once unfolded had all types of stains some had like old grease marks... One sheet even had finger nail polish on it smh.... It wasn't the host it was the hotel... understaffed, unclean the host helped me as much as he could with what little he had.. I took photos, just a few of many disgusting things that I delt with during my 2 day Stay. I will NEVER!! book here again 0/10 would not recommend....

fast check in and located right off the interstate. The front desk receptionist was extremely tired and had been there since 6:30am. Although he was exhausted, he handled each person before me with patience and kindness.

The photos online vs reality are not the same. My kids could not enjoy the pool because it was milky dirty water. The sofas and chairs are filthy with noticeable stains. The wood furniture was raggedy with chipped chunks missing. The metal towel rack over the toilet is hanging from the wall where it could easily fall off and hit someone in the head. The shower curtains had brown stains (looks like makeup) and mildew spots on the bottom. The carpet needs cleaning. The wood headboards were never wiped clean. There are fingerprints, grease spots from someone's head and some type of residue stains on it. There was blue dye on the sheets. We traveled all day and all I wanted was to lay down. I did not have the energy nor extra money to cause chaos and try to find another hotel in the middle of night for my kids and I. I do not recommend this hotel or maybe that particular room (313).

This property needs maintenance bad and needs some serious upgrades

I liked nothing about my stay. The rooms were dirty but I couldn't get a new room. Check in time was at 3 I couldn't check in till 5pm. The roof was leaking and the carpet was wet. The pool was broke. The whole website was a lie. The hotel manager is very nasty.
