The beds were uncomfortable

Nothing, worse place I have ever seen! Never again, this has made me very scared to stay in any hotels now.

Nothing, they managers have let this place go way down. The pool was closed, the fitness center was closed, the hotel smelled very unclean, etc the pictures below are of the sheets that was on the bed, can’t tell you what they are but can tell you the one with a red dot was blood. We had reserved this place because I have stayed in other Country Inn and Suites and they were very nice. I have many more pictures but could only let me share a few. Please believe me , this was terrible! We were there for my son’s army graduation and every place was booked. We tried to find another place but couldn’t. The one lady I complained to was not helpful and did not care. I showed her the pictures and she just shrugged her shoulders and said nothing. They said they would clean the room the next day but didn’t. All they offered was more sheets, told me to keep the others and just place them in the room! The carpet was stained red I was not sure what that was, the window was broke and the screen was ripped. I just can not stress enough how bad this place was. We couldn’t sleep because we was sick from how bad this was!

To be honest It was a nightmare

I had to be moved to 3 different rooms because of the condition smh

We did not stay. We checked in and saw the mold and left along with 3 other customers for the same reason. This hotel is full of mold, and the owner is aware, and she also did not want to accommodate us for the inconvenience. We are currently waiting for our refund. 1/10 would not be recommended.

The mold

This hotel is not in a good area. The rooms was horrible from stains all over the furniture and mattresses to mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was just as bad with no milk for cereals and and undercooking pancake machine did. The pool was broken even though I called the day before to make sure it was open. I would never stay here again or recommend to anyone else

The price was fair for the period we were traveling.

The parking lot of the property was unclean. The front trash can was full and overflowing. The lobby was very dark and unwelcoming. The room was dark and very outdated. The receptionist was not very welcoming and the in door pool was closed. Upon entry into our room we found a dead roach on the floor. Our room was not cleaned or restocked properly.

Breakfast was served until 9:30 and we were there by 8:50 and they were out of everything and the area was a disaster! No coffee in the coffee thermos and no hot water for tea! When we finally found someone to ask we felt like we were a bother and told to wait 10 minutes!
