Please note that club rooms and suites do not have en suite relaxation pool. Extra bed is only available for Club Deluxe, Club Suite, Premier and Premier Suite. Please note that all rates do not include Children's breakfast. Guests need to pay for Children's breakfast. The on-site sauna, fitness centre and indoor golf facilities are closed every first Tuesday of each month. Room images may differ from the actual rooms. The layout of the same room type may vary depending on the location. Granum Dining Lounge is operating on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only from 2025 June 16. The benefits provided under the Krang Package are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis and are subject to change without prior notice. The stay was wonderful especially with a little baby. We loved the outdoor pool even tho we have to pay extra for the entrance (you can get 50% discount and it was worth it!!!)

"The hardware is better than the software"

One of the weirdest Banyan Trees in the world. Not a resort blending into its location’s landscape and architecture, but a high-rise hotel, with a parking lot filled with luxury cars of locals coming for spa, kids swimming lessons or staycations. The rooms are enormous, with a gigantic bathtub (that can easily fit six people) in the middle of the living room. F&B is good but also ‘strange’ (eg. outsized breakfast sets, virtually empty minibars in room). No English command on the in-room TV control. The hardware is better than the software. A lot of that is due to the relatively poor English of the (willing) staff.
