굳은 날씨에 방문 하였지만 따뜻한 욕조랑 맛있는 식사가 있어 편안하게 숙박할 수 있었습니다 결혼 기념일로 방문 하였는데 꽃다발이랑 와인 선물 주셔서 감사합니다 다음에 기회가 된다면 아기랑도 방문하고 싶네요

First impression was great. Front desk service was friendly and smooth. I was there early so left after checkin process and when I returned, my room was ready and luggage already placed. Furthermore my family and I were escorted to the room by a front desk staff. Breakfast for the next few days was great especially the set dish that we could choose. Loved the beef short ribs rice especially as it was tender and nicely seasoned. Kimchi side dishes were so good ( was shy to ask for a refill) . Mom loved the abalone porridge that she ordered it everyday. Location wise is great but not really ideal for those that don’t stay in the hotel all day like me but if I could, I would choose to stay here every visit. Thank you for making my first time in Seoul a bliss. Will be back when I can ❤️

Rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and well-equipped for comfort. Dining options are excellent, and the spa is a perfect place to unwind. A wonderful choice for a peaceful getaway in Seoul.

Within minutes of arriving I knew this was not the usual standard we are used to receiving at Banyan Tree hotels. The girl at the front desk was rude, we were early for check in. Came back later. Man at reception was friendly. Taken to room, it is old and dirty. Not the luxury rooms that the Banyan Tree usually is known for. Marks all over the walls, can hear loud music coming from somewhere, cars pulling up every five minutes. Not the ideal way to end our trip to South Korea

세면대와 샤워부스에 물이 잘 빠지지도 않고, 커튼은 개별로 열고 닫을 수 도 없으며, 풀에 물을 넣고 빼는 것조차 직접 할 수 없으며, 별로 청결하지 않음. 룸서비스는 시키면 언제 올지 모를 정도로 오래 걸리며, 객실관련 문의는 물어봐도 알아보겠다는 말만하고 답변이 오지 않음. 좋은 위치와 뷰 하지만 형편없는 서비스와 객실

룸내 프라이빗 풀이 있어 추운 겨울에 몸을 녹일 수 있었습니다. 인센스 향 등 분위기가 만족스러웠고 방도 청결했습니다. 다만 시설이 노후되어 가는 느낌은 있습니다.

룸도 너무 넓고 뷰도 좋고 서비스 좋고 엑스트라베드까지 넣어도 공간이여유롭네요. 룸서비스 음식도 참 다양하고 맛있고, 이용하지 않았지만 룸 인덕션있어서 참 좋았어요. 미니바도 무료입니다.
