Please note that club rooms and suites do not have en suite relaxation pool. Extra bed is only available for Club Deluxe, Club Suite, Premier and Premier Suite. Please note that all rates do not include Children's breakfast. Guests need to pay for Children's breakfast. The on-site sauna, fitness centre and indoor golf facilities are closed every first Tuesday of each month. Room images may differ from the actual rooms. The layout of the same room type may vary depending on the location. Granum Dining Lounge is operating on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only from 2025 June 16. The benefits provided under the Krang Package are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis and are subject to change without prior notice. "Famous and fancy"

Everything was top notch. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious. We took the bus up to N Seoul Tower for the night view and we walked the namsan dulle-gil in the morning and it was all beautiful.

I thought we’d be in the tower, but we were in the short building which didn’t have a view. I also thought we could go to the beautiful outside pool and those grounds, but I guess not.

Great Location, great hospitality...great staff Kay Kim with well reception. Quite location compare with some other busy location in Seoul. Room view of sunrise so attracting and make yr day more interesting....worth for money to stay in BT Seoul

"Expensive for what you get"

Great facilities and excellent breakfast. The rooms are also lovely and spacious

You can’t control the temperature in your room. The panel is there, the hotel just won’t allow it. Rooms need an update also. Location is a bit out of the way but great if you want quiet.

"An odd one for sure"

Liked the large bedrooms and the proximity to Namsan and the Seoul Tower

It’s really a country club for very wealthy Koreans - and tourists are incidental. It’s one of those experiences where on reflection you wish they had told you a bunch of stuff about the food options, leisure facilities and proximity to amenities when you checked in ! Now I know - I think - but is it not really the hotels job to tell you ?
