Nothing

Old tired place with creaky floorboards. Say that breakfast is included but it’s only cold food. They do not do hot food at all. Checkout is 10:30 but at 10 I was woken up by housekeeping knocking at the door. Shower knob was impossible to move so I ended up having a cold shower. No fan supplied and can’t leave a window open because there is a fire escape outside the room. The room was unbearably hot. And lastly, They advertise as a 5 star hotel but I can find no mention of them on the AA or RAC websites

Great location for Poole Ferry. Chris is always welcoming even when arriving late at night. Lovely staff and breakfast.

Single room was fine but shower dated.
