Amazing hotel and family business so individual and so interesting having info in room about the building , will definitely visit again

Lovely B&B in a beautiful location. Very comfortable rooms in a beautiful Manor House and an excellent breakfast - what more could I want from a B&B ... We stayed in the Footman's Room. A lovely small room up some steep stairs so not great for anyone with mobility issues

Absolutely delightful stay. There's so much charm and history at the Allington Manor. Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating, and the daily English Breakfast was top notch! If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world again we will definitely be back!

Spent 1 night well visiting friends in the area. Had a lovely room. Lots of character. Steep stairs up to our room on 3rd floor. Owner helped to get luggage up and offered to bring down when the time came. Lovely breakfast. No supper served but a great local pub down the street with lots of selection and good food.

Traditional, comfortable and cosy Breakfast was great and lots of effort went into vegan options which was much appreciated and was very tasty!

We had our wedding at this beautiful Jacobian Manor House! The gardens are stunning and well kept and the decor and furnishings of the indoor property are just so beautifully done and well restored to be in keeping with the age of the house. We hired the rooms the night before my wedding for my bridal party. Each room was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The hosts and owners of the property. Leo and Amy along with their day of wedding coordinator Lesley were nothing short of amazing and accommodated our every need at a reasonable price and to a high standard. They were both so intrapersonal and really took the stress out of everything. I recommend hire of this property for anybody who wants an elegant, smaller wedding.

We just stayed for one night but it was perfect. Like walking through doors into another, older, gentler world. A warm welcome and simple information passed over before being left to explore my room in peace, sitting in the window reading my book and staring over the village green… lovely

What a lovely country house. This place is steeped in history and the rooms are lovely, none of the modern chip board furniture. It really made you feel like lord of the manor. Leo, the host was excellent and the breakfast he cooked was perfect. We only live 40 minutes away but just wanted somewhere to go for our 24th anniversary and the wife loved it. The village is so peaceful and the local pub a gem. Can't wait to go back asap.

What a lovely place to stay. Steeped in history and and a fantastic old building. Leo, who ran the place was a fantastic host and served us a lovely breakfast that left us full for the day. The place was spotless, the bed was huge and comfy and the local pub just a minutes walk was great. We only live 35mins away but will be back.
