Very close to many nice places in Rotorua. The staff was very friendly. The room is in practice a full apartment, with a full kitchen, that we used to prepare dinner for our baby.

There are kid games in the hotel, but very old, dirty and not usable. The reception hours are a bit fuzzy, so we won't be able to use the hot pool that it is shared for the motel, but requires the keys from the reception.

Motel was very roomy and adequately furnished. This is an excellent place to stay with kids - plenty of lawn and outdoor playground. Extremely handy for gondola and Mitai Village.

Outside appearance does not do the place justice. Clean the moss off the sign. Add a barrel of flowers.... Be proud of the motel, it is great.
