Nothing, just disaster

This is not a hotel, it is a building that has not been renovated and is undergoing renovation, I don't know why it has 4 stars if it doesn't deserve even one star. The hotel has no parking, the car is left on the street, the breakfast fine is 19 euros, and the cost of the stay is almost 600 euros for 3 nights and lasts less than 10 minutes, avoid this place, the recordings do not represent reality. Dirty and unpleasant, and the yellow bedding killed me.

It was very quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. A pleasant 15 mn walk into town down/up a hill

There was hardly anyone there most of the time. It is not of the standard in the photos at all. We didn’t mind too much because we wanted to catch up on sleep and it was very quiet so that was good but it was definitely not what we were expecting from a 4 star hotel. The people were very nice but it was a basic level of service and facility. For example: We checked in - they didn’t have our booking handy, didn’t seem to be expecting us, showed us 3 rooms and asked us to choose. Okay not such a big deal. Checking out we asked for breakfast at 9am so we could check out by 10. We arrived just before 9am for breakfast. No- one. 9:30am we started calling out at dining room, reception, down the hall etc. No-one anywhere. We left at 10 to get a flight. Still no sign of staff. Its not a big deal when you expect it but not if you book based on the photos which look like a 4 star accommodation

The ladies at the reception weren't very professional. The room was dirty and water in the bathroom cold. The hotel looks shabby, no garage.

Excellent small hotel. Our room had a big terrace overlooking the hotel gardens. Walking distance to city center. Very intimate atmospere and nice decoration. Very recommended!

We liked everything

private and peaceful, for architecture and art lovers

It’s under renovation. But in a great, quiet area. The room was top class. With an outside area so big and tranquil you could do yoga. But….no breakfast was offered, my room wasn’t cleaned during my 3 night stay, no coffee or comp water and the coffees I did have were put on the bill at the end. I didn’t like that. Amanda on the front desk was brilliant and very friendly. A real asset.

As I said above; offer cleaning, offer breakfast, and don’t hide charges.

Very peaceful and relaxing place. Near the center of the city, but the hotel has its own peaceful garden. Nice hotel and room design, highly recommended!

All recommendations for this small comfortable hotel. Very good and safe location. The yard, which is full of bamboo, gives the impression that you have escaped to nature, and we are located only 10 minutes from the city center. The staff is communicative and professional, and is available to meet all your needs. Excellent breakfast, fresh fruits and vegetables. There is also an option for vegans. The entire facility is very neat and clean, from the reception to the bar and breakfast area, and decorated in a touch of art. The room is very clean, and just as it is in the pictures, so it is in real life. Definitely coming back again!

A little out of the centre-of-town but not a bad neighbourhood. The room we stayed in was spacious with some outside space. Those were the positive elements of our stay. It seems as if it could have been a nice palce to stay at one point but it is being run on a shoestring now. The reception is only staffed during the day by one person. Our room was not cleaned during our two night stay. There was no one around at the hotel to take delivery of our lost luggage that had been delayed by a day and arrived at the hotel at 8pm the next evening. The reception was only staffed until 6pm. We were the only people in the hotel on our last night - no staff not even a night porter. Fine for an Airbnb but not a 4 star hotel!
