Not visible from the street at first, the glass reception facade hides a true little marvel inside. Design is out of this world, and our room was super beautiful and big. Some light switches didnt work but it didnt really matter compared to what you get. We had our own garden and biggest bathtub I have ever seen. Breakfast was great experience, we were there for 3 night and each morning had different selection of foods. Big thanks to Boris who solved our problem with the flight back home, dont know how we would sort it out without him. Thank you!
RUGreat design hotel! It's hidden in the city center, green area but not noisy at all. Offers panoramic restaurant and a cool bar. Suite was big, bed extremely comfortable, with its own terrace. Especially recommened to architecture lovers. We arrived for the opening of Zagreb Advent, city was crowded with stands with domestic products - flawless (except for snow)
We enjoyed Hotel President very much. The location is really very good with easy access to a local antique market and shops. A quick ride on the tram takes you to the main square and many many restaurants and shops while the location of the hotel ensures a quiet retreat to come back to. We loved it and would stay here again
GBThe best thing about the hotel is the staff who could not be more helpful and welcoming.I think the description "luxury boutique hotel" raises expectations which are not wholly met, it is a very pleasant quirky property but not luxury .Two points, the breakfast is ok and nothing more and the patio area to our room had a neglected unkempt end of season feel. Otherwise all good ,not great! There are building works being undertaken to expand the hotel but they were dormant during our stay

The hotel was amazing. It is in a beautiful neighbourhood and staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I wish we were staying longer
Do you like sleepovers? Staying at this hotel is akin to having a sleepover at a strangers’ home and someone leaving breakfast out for you in the morning. Redeeming features: Plesant enough staff, cappuccinos available in the morning and quiet, residential area. Rooms are strange, beds not comfortable and breakfast looked like someone forgot to go shopping to get enough food.
Excellent customer service, from extending the breakfast so the kids wouldn’t miss it, to allowing us to keep our car in their parking spot after checkout to the evening.
USWe stayed at room #22 and it was surprisingly spacious for a hotel room which had a view on the garden and a terrace. Great amenities such as soaps and similar. Very big shower in the bathroom.You don't feel like you are in the city center at first because it is unbelievably green and calm! Front desk recommended a very good restaurant nearby and we especially liked the walk on Strossmayer and Tkalcice street
