Three night stay we spent in the President in Zagreb and we liked it very much. We had artistic Superior room which is of nice size and has a balcony overlooking the garden and fresh air - rooms are looking onto the garden while the entrance is on the street. Husband and I were late for breakfast for 20ish minutes, but polite staff made us tasteful continental bf. We felt being taken care for in here. Location is near the edge of the center but it is very close to center. Only complaint would be left part of the hotel which is in scraffolds, even though it doesn't affect stay in any way.
Small hotel which pretends to be a boutique gem in Zagreb. It's not. Located 1 km up-hill from the city centre, car is needed as the walk is not interesting. Almost no garage (2 narrow car space with high chance to damage them), poor service during breakfast as none attended me duirng 20 minutes stay. No shower towel in the bathroom even if I asked to provide one which was missing at the check-in, noise around my room until midnight. I had other expectations from hotel website and tripadv, completely disattended.
Very good value for the price. Surprisingly charming. Just a little sheet issue so check beforehand.
It's my second time in President Pantovcak Hotel...I must say that it's always a pleasure. The environment and relaxing place you need during a busy and tiring business trip!

Prix très cher par rapport à la situation de l'hôtel, les équipements et le confort offert. Chambre au sous sol très petite et wifi très très faible et quasiment absent. Le petit déjeuner catastrophique. Un seul point positif que j'accorde à cet hotel est celui de l'amabilité du personnel.
