I didn’t like that the key access did not work at the outside door late at night. We got one of our cards reset then went out to our vehicle, tried to come back in through the door we left (back of building) but neither key worked. Moments after knocking & no response a couple came by on their way in and we were able to piggy back inside.

People next door had a crying baby that kept me up all night they also had a large dog that barked quite a bit AND whenever the baby cried.
