This hotel feels like stepping back in time to the 1990s. It is tired and outdated. The staff and service levels are excellent, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel cannot exist purely on the excellence of its people. If you just need to chill out for a day or two, then it should fit the bill but I wouldn't be looking to stay any longer than that, if I were you.

It’s was ok. Just that the pool was a lot smaller than what we saw on the website. And the room conditions are average.

ive been coming here every year for the 9th year now, the room and private pool is so convenient for a lazy holiday target. breakfast was nice. staff was very helpful and always available for you when you call the lobby for assistance even at night

Not too bad

Stayed one night at the garden view pool villa and was quite disappointed with it. Hotel corresponded to me after my booking and acknowledged that I will need a baby cot and will provide it in my room. Arrived the hotel at 12.30pm and was told that I could not check-in early which was understandable. After 45mins of wait, was told that a room of my booking is available and will need 1hour to get the room ready for my stay. I went for lunch outside and was back at 2.45pm, was told that the room was still not ready. Waited again and at 3.20pm when my wife complained about the previous agreement of one hour were we given a room immediately. Room looks old and my wife had insects bites on her legs after a night of sleep. We settled our dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Service was average, food was average as well.

The food is poor and the quality for room is not well maintain. The grass around the pool area in my room is not trim. The toilet is not clean as well.

Location of the hotel is great, near to the beach and amenities. I love the pool in the room. The room is clean and tidy. I feel very welcoming when i checked in. In addition, all the staffs are very friendly and approachable. I had a great time staying in Grand Lexis
