Grand Lexis Port Dickson

I am a world traveler and like to experience spa treatments during my travels. Yesterday I had the BEST EVER spa treatments from Faridah at the Grand Lexis in Port Dickson. I had a complete 120 minute exfoliation scrub, bath and full body massage.

My brother came from Japan, so did a boys trip and wanted to do coast and mountain. Booked GrandLexis as prices seemed very good. Check in good, Rooms large and we'll appointed with decent TV and 2 large beds. Dip pool is something never had before. Service was good and breakfast okay, reasonable selection. I can see why so many fellow Malaysians come here. We didn't eat in the hotel, ventured out as plenty of options nearby. Overall good place for a staycation and will come back with family

My sister and I used the spa facilities here and the service was so good, from start to finish. Nisa and Juju really looked after us and made us feel so comfortable. We booked the foot and leg massage and it was great. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip.

Had a fabulous stay at Grand Lexis PD. Last-minute plan, and it all worked out. Staff were friendly, and service was fast. The room was clean, and the facilities were in good condition. The booking process to check in and departure all went smoothly. Worth every penny. Will definitely come back to stay.

The best experience of all staffs friendliness and value for money from the arrival experiences with Gan Win Shern and his colleagues who has assisted for all my family members and friends luggages , Aidil who has very friendly and patience for our journey. My family and I have notice that everyone has multiple tasking and roles whenever you needed they able to act immediately without asking, all the staffs has very great ownership in the front and reception especially those staff I always remember Gan Win Shern, Ady , Aidil , Khasul and who has checked out our rooms the friendly female staff ( apologise her name with R ). After my family and friends have settled down their rooms and I approached Reception and inquire the best view and room allocation for myself. Gan Win Shern very polite and friendly for additional extra RM xxx which I will be able to upgrade to the room on the Sea which fulfill all my requirement. In the evening when I require to get some drinks and snacks and I see Gan Win Shern again which he has all the multiple tasking and roles in this hotel. Well done for his friendliness and efficient at all time. Congratulations to your Management and hotel who has such above team members which I have mentioned several times. We will be back again for our future gathering and the Grand Lexis Port Dickson is the best for the gathering.

The best spa ever…The experience was top notch…Everyone should try out their spa…The ambiance was so calming and the staffs are so kind and welcoming..The place is also very clean and hygienic..Do come over if you stay at pd..Overall experience: Excellent

Amazinggg massage and facial! So relaxing and professional. I got the package treatment of hydrating facial and Malaysian massage along with a friend. We both felt so rejuvenated coming out of the spa. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the procedures and products when I had any questions. Mayo, Nisa & Faridah were fabulous and we will definitely be back again if we are ever in Port Dickson!

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. 1st stay was at the water villa and 2nd & the recent one were at the sky pool grand villa at the tower block. Preferred here since I can park in the building itself. It is a 2 bedroom suite, very spacious, clean room & bathroom, toilet & indoor pool, well lighted room & air conditioned, also ceiling fan, large bed with nice pillow. If you bring small kids, don't forget to pack float for them because the indoor pool is 1.2m deep ya. Variety breakfast spread including ice cream. Good job to the coffee house staff who were efficient to clear the used plates from the table 👍🏻. If you want to stroll along the beach, it's about 150m walk from the hotel. Overall, I like it here and we had good times. Price wise, similarly to room type..grand villa, the rate is also grand but all were obviously good, worth for me to repeat my stay here for the 3rd time.

Very good spa massage experience. The therapist mayonnie and nisa did a very good job. Worth the price. Love it. Thanks to faridah too for assisting. Felt refresh and rejuvenate. Makes my trip worth it. Will come again soon. Thank you for the experience

Stayed for 2 nights at Grand Lexis PD & the services rendered by the staff are exceptionally excellent. The staff made our stay even more special. They are willing to go an extra mile to deliver the exceptional service. Very professional too & courteous. We had a great time & definitely will recommend them & come back over for another stay. Me & my friends would like to take this opportunity to thank Thiru & Bishnu from the food & beverage , Gan and Aidil. They were very professional & hotels should hire more staff like them.
