Grand Lexis Port Dickson

Stayed at the pool villa facing the sea. The whole place is run down. Bathroom tiles are moldy and slimy. Lights in the room are dim - gives you a spooky vibe. Room floors are sticky. Limited facilities. Musty smell in the rooms. Basically the whole place is run down and needs a major refurbishment. On top of that the place is so dead - nothing much to do - no toddler play area / club besides the outdoor kart & merry-go-round. No private beach access though to be honest, the sea is so badly maintain - I would not recommend swimming in sludge. Just felt like a major let down for a family trip. Will not visit again.

What a hotel. Absolutely lovely in every respect. It’s not cheap and when we stayed there was a major conference, but as we had a water view villa it didn’t affect us in any way. The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. My partner couldn’t find the butter at breakfast, but instead of pointing her in the right direction the waiter told her to sit down he would get it for her. He then returned with a tray of butter, jam, marmalade etc, outstanding service. The food in ‘the wave’ was very nice as was the food in the Japanese. Could find nothing at all to fault the hotel, staff, service or food.

Lex spa experience was very relaxing and masseuses were skillful and experienced. We had a great time here. Thank you Shamimi and Elissa for giving us a calming rejuvenating massage

nice and clean hotel just want to comment on 1- reception By the name of Vivi . no smile, not welcoming and not friendly at all. questions answered in a way that seems lazy to serve guests. 2- breakfast just a normal buffet spread. nothing interesting 3- buggy driver very friendly and helpful 4- peaceful environment

We wanted to relax in Port Dickson with my friends and it was a success !! Faridah, Elissa and Chia, our massagers, were so kind and sweet. We really enjoyed our experience there ! We recommand this place to be fully relaxed.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype I booked a 3-night, 4-day stay at this property based on positive ratings and Expedia recommendations, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. I ended up checking out a day early due to several issues, yet was still charged for the full duration. Unwelcoming Check-In: Despite having fully paid in advance, I was asked to pay additional deposits and tourism tax upfront. I suggested settling the tax at checkout or deducting it from the deposit, but this was not accepted and handled rather inflexibly. Limited Dining Options: There is only one restaurant offering mostly Malay cuisine. Other food options were pre-packed, minimal, and there was no continental fare available. When I requested fresh juice or tea during breakfast, I was told it would cost extra and later that it couldn’t be provided due to lack of staff. Basic and Infrequent Housekeeping: Housekeeping was provided only once during the stay. Even for essentials like bottled water, payment was requested first before delivery. No Recreational Activities: Although the property advertises amenities like bicycles and go-karts, none were actually available. Aside from the room, there was little to do on-site. No Refund for Early Checkout: I left a day early due to the poor experience, but the hotel refused to refund the unused night. Ironically, I was also asked to pay tourism tax for the night I didn’t even stay. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustratin

The malay lady receptionist and the head of security Navinder Singh and both terrible human beings. Never have i ever met such terrible people in my Life. Not bad attitude But worst attitude i’ve seen from the both of them. Both of them don’t even know How to respect a person. I am a paid customer, But they treated me Like i owed them money. I LOVE the hotel n the room i stayed in. The food and all the services were great. Except these two people gave me the worst experience in my Life. Came here to have a good time, which i did at first. But left the hotel with a terrible experience cause by these two staffs. I am really dissapointed on the way they treated me 😡☹️. Pls change both the staffs or many other customers of yours might be affected by them the same way i did. Thank you for taking your time to read this message. And if you have any problem of changing the security head and the current Operating company, you are more than welcomed to approach my dad’s own security company. It’s been in Service for 28 years. My dad’s name is Datuk Shanker Raj Ayanger. He is one of the board members of APK PIKM Malaysia. And the only indian among the board of members. We have 4 companies. Because I’m planning to visit grand Lexis port Dickson hotel next week again.
