We had the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience at the couple spa! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was calm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly professional and made sure we were comfortable throughout the session. The massage was perfectly done — just the right amount of pressure, and they focused on all the right areas. The private couple room was clean, cozy, and beautifully set up with calming music and aromatherapy. It was a perfect escape from our busy schedules, and we left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommended for any couple looking to unwind and reconnect! But the washroom could be bigger

Great place to relax, from the receptionist’s to the F&B, security all the staff are friendly and polite. I arrived at breakfast when they’d just set up, plenty of choice, teh is very weak and the hot dishes were cold, especially the hash browns. Overall a present stay.

Elissa was amazing for my Urutan Malaysia massage! It was the most relaxing 90 minutes! I can’t wait to go back for a facial and a bath soak! Everyone I encountered at the spa was so nice and kind. This is definitely a resort I will come back to soon!

My first ever thalasso bath. Good experience and having a good time there.The team especially Elissa really helps me during the session since im a bit nervous and anxious.. they ensure that im comfortable with water temperature and makes me feel calm and relax throughout the session. Thanks to Lexspa for the hospitality. Would recommend this..

Everything was superb and cozy. Until we go for breakfast. My mother went alone since she needs to breakfast early. She literally being forced to change table THREE TIMES because when she left the table to take the food, the table will be cleaned even though she left the table with her belonging ON THE TABLE. When I asked the staff name SALSABILA (if I’m not mistaken) he said that’s the procedure to control the crowd and said that my mother is the one that wrong for leaving the table. What a joke Grand Lexis. You put someone that is not suit to be a customer service in the line? Can’t he think how an alone elderly gonna take the food without leaving the table🤣 please educate the staff more before going to the front line of customer service

The best Pool and privacy for family vacation for reward children and beloved family members. We have Booking directly through hotel reservation. The Pool is The most factor and its family privacy make our vacation More meaningful. Will come again.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the Bali massage from Ms. Faridah and Ms. Chia. They were really good and took good care of us. We had a great and comfortable time at the restaurant too whereby Me. Rozi and Jack catered to my request for vegetarian breakfast meal. Besides that, they were both very professional with their hospitality. Overall we had a good time. Thank you Lexis PD! ☺️❤️
