The rug was filthy, the pillows were old. The room was priced 50% above similar hotels. I stayed because of a good experience 3years ago.

I stay here as part of my journey to and from work in Nigeria. The staff are excellent and very attentive and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well kept although could do with some refurbishment in areas. The pool bar and Italian restaurant are great to cater for all your dining and food requirements. It’s a perfect place to relax on my way in and out of Lagos. The staff are by far the greatest asset in the whole business and deserve the respect and thanks I’m giving them. Keep up the great work guys. Special mention to Daniel , Victory , Damilola, Micheal , Kingsley, Benjamin , Omobola you guys are amazing and always treat me like a King. Thank you Mr Martin Burnside X

A step back in time. Old hotel that needs to be renovated, you could smell the carpets the moment you walk in. The rooms will give you dust allergy, again, the carpets need to be replaced. Spend more and stay at a newer hotel. Also, long wait time at the reception, I arrived at 5 pm and they still wont let me check in as this, the receptionist said that my room was not ready, the same happened to my colleagues, after 5pm for a reserved room, no excuse for it not being ready. The food is overpriced for the service and the quality of service. I will not be returning to the Sheraton. Maybe at one point in history this was a good place, but now, it needs to be rebuild.

Decent facilities

The security (especially at the elevators) need a reorientation in how to treat the guests of guests. Also ALL the security personal at the facility should desist from soliciting for cash gifts from guests

The receptionist overcharge the bill, for example if you have 19,000naira, they put 190,000naira. This is THEFT. It’s very unfortunate that they do this multiple times and there’s no response after following up on the matter, it’s a CONCERN THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED

When you got off the elevator,, the first thing that hit you was a foul odor like mold. It was a constant odor that was also in the bedrooms.

Overcharged without being transparent. Blamed government taxes on over charging. Didn’t offer any form of apology. Just blamed “the system”. Management took no effort to help. So added on $150 to price shown on booking.com and said it was taxes. Then insisted on charging on top for breakfast

Booking.com price was $490 On arrival the hotel wanted to charge us $630 They wouldn’t move on this. They blamed booking.comm
