"A stopover on our way to Scotland and I would definitely stay again"

Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, but we didnt have dinner as it was Sunday night. The staff (owner) recommended a local pub/restaurant, which was also very good.

"A truly wonderful stay"

Choice of breakfast was excellent, and the food was too. Dinner was superb, in lovely setting and I didn’t realize how much I needed that break until I was there. I felt truly relaxed

Nothing, staff and owners are excellent. Suite was lovely, clean and complimentary coffee and tea choices were wonderful.

calm peaceful setting . good walks from the door very comfortable staff unobtrusive but helpful food good with veg & gluten free options all cooked fresh to order

having to go outside to get from the bedroom to the dining or drawing room tricky if its raining
