Beautiful peaceful location, we had the Birdies suite which was lovely and spacious. Comfy bed and the bed linen was luxurious. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were attentive and the food was good no

The shower was hard to adjust to get the temperature constant but a minor gripe

"Different enjoyable laid back stay."

Room was large clean and comfortable, slightly eccentric hotel? to be welcomed by a pointer and Labrador was unexpected but if you like dogs you will love this place. Unfortunately we had a meeting in Carlisle so couldn't make use of the facilities more.

I was in room 9 and wifi was a problem my colleague was next door and had no problems?? to be fair i never reported the problem I am sure if I had it would have been sorted.
