"Overwhelmed by just how special this hotel was"

10.0

I was blown away by my experience staying at Warwick Hall this weekend. I was doing a stop over travelling south to north and was surprised to see this hotel pop up with my ‘pets allowed’ filter. The place was just beautiful and I can only compare it to staying at a national trust property. Beautiful grounds and rooms with super friendly welcoming staff plus lots of extra thoughtful touches for the dog! I didn’t have dinner but did get treated to a very good breakfast with lots of choice and good quality food and coffee with a view out to the river. We had a walk along the river in the morning and found a lovely walled garden which we were welcome to walk around. I hope to stay again soon and couldn’t recommend enough.

Everything was perfect!

"Can't wait to revisit"

10.0

Warm welcome. Exquisite property & grounds. Bedrooms are extremely cosy in slept very well. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had !

Dinner wasn't served but there was only myself and my mum in the b&b so it was understandable. The local pub serves divine food

"Would stay again!"

8.0

The hall is a beautiful place and the staff who work there when I arrived were very welcoming and gave me a short tour of the building to show me round and told me about the building itself, they showed me the room and explained how everything worked, was a very nice arrival. Walk in shower was really good and the room was very spacious ( I stayed in the 9th room). I never tried the breakfast as I had to be up and out before they served it so cannot comment on it.

In the middle of the night the room because cold, it was -5 outside and the building is old, the heated blanket on the bed sorted it out now problem, only negative to mention but was an easy solution!

"Beautiful peaceful country hotel, with easy access to the M74"

9.0

The room we stayed in was nicely furnished, the bed was so comfortable. The food at dinner was very good. The freedom to walk by the River Eden, watch the birds, see the fish jump, amazing. A beautiful country retreat, dogs are most welcome.

There could be more clarity around the price of drinks in the open bar.

"Great location, tired but pleasant, good for a quick pet friendly stop over ."

6.0

Obviously was a lovely grand hall a while ago.. but now desperately in need of modernization. Its comfortable, it suited our purposes - a quick overnight traveling with a dog, but it could be so much more. The hall is superb for traveling with pets..

The hall is tired and in need of a total revamp, upgrade.

"Central heating needs to be on in Winter."

5.0

The surrounding grounds are Amazing. We had a lovely walk by the river. It was winter so very cold, intact the temperature when we arrived was -1. The morning we left it was -6.

The Suite was lovely, however I had to ask them to put the heating on as it was so cold. They did and we got warm, amd after an hour it was off again. We woke up at 6am and the heating was still off and it was freezing in the suite. I like to be warm so had a bath to warm me up. The water was like warm and I got out and felt like ice. In the room you could see our breathe as it was so cold. We went for breakfast at 08.10 and the heating still wasn't on. I paid £200 to feel like I was sat in a freezer!
