This is an adults-only property. Please note that this property is located on a hill and has stairs throughout. It is not recommendable for disabled people or elder people. Please note that pool is out of service from June 23rd to 28th 2019. Payment is also possible by PayPal. Please contact the property in advance for more information, using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation. Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the account details. Please consider, property does not have elevators, all upper floors are available only by stairs. Deposit Guarantee A Deposit equivalent to $1,000.00 MXN in cash is required for the safekeeping of the kit that is given to you at check-in, which includes keys and controls. At the time of check-out, our receptionists upon receiving the kit of keys and controls, they will proceed to deliver the $1,000.00 MXN that you left as a deposit.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
