This is an adults-only property. Please note that this property is located on a hill and has stairs throughout. It is not recommendable for disabled people or elder people. Please note that pool is out of service from June 23rd to 28th 2019. Payment is also possible by PayPal. Please contact the property in advance for more information, using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation. Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the account details. Please consider, property does not have elevators, all upper floors are available only by stairs. Deposit Guarantee A Deposit equivalent to $1,000.00 MXN in cash is required for the safekeeping of the kit that is given to you at check-in, which includes keys and controls. At the time of check-out, our receptionists upon receiving the kit of keys and controls, they will proceed to deliver the $1,000.00 MXN that you left as a deposit.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Superbe emplacement"

Superbe situation loin du bruit des discothèques, à la fin de Playa de los muertos. Personnel accueillant et sympathique Terrasse au 6e avec une petite piscine tempérée, un bar et une belle vue sur la baie! Lits très confortables. Distributrice d'eau pour remplir nos gourdes gratuitement tous les jours Pas accessible pour des gens à mobilité réduite, il y a un grand escalier pour arriver à la réception. Pas d'ascenseur.

Les portes des chambres sont des portes normales, sans insonorisation. Les premiers jours, nos voisins de chambre étaient bruyants. Les employés sont toutefois intervenus et la situation s'est résolue. Contrairement à l'annonce sur booking, il n'y a plus de cuisine commune. Accès à un micro-ondes.

Rooftop pool: Music playing in the afternoon was loud and distorted - I think the input level was too high, creating the distortion. As a result, was not able to rest and relax poolside. Took a while to lower the volume after we asked, and the volume was only lowered a little. I believe I and my friend were the only ones up there.. Felt like the music was for the benefit of the staff, not for the guests...

Super cómodo y agusto el hotel nos encanto. La vista de la alberca increíble 🤩 Solo que para ir a la playa son bastante escalones 🤭 pero hay un trenecito que sube y baja

Kaffe i receptionen varje morgon Sköna lakan

Vi var 3 gäster och när vi checkade in fanns bara 1 duschhanduk. Ingen handuk att torka händerna på vid tvättstället. Mkt slitet baddrumsgolv. Ingen påfyllnad i minibaren på rummet. Toaletten spolade inte ner nör man gjort nr 2. Stopp i avloppet direkt. Fick en vacumpump för att kunna spola ner bajset. Städade iinte balkongen en enda gång på de 13 nätter vi bodde där. En av sängarna var så nedlegad så man fick ont i ryggen
