This is an adults-only property. Please note that this property is located on a hill and has stairs throughout. It is not recommendable for disabled people or elder people. Please note that pool is out of service from June 23rd to 28th 2019. Payment is also possible by PayPal. Please contact the property in advance for more information, using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation. Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the account details. Please consider, property does not have elevators, all upper floors are available only by stairs. Deposit Guarantee A Deposit equivalent to $1,000.00 MXN in cash is required for the safekeeping of the kit that is given to you at check-in, which includes keys and controls. At the time of check-out, our receptionists upon receiving the kit of keys and controls, they will proceed to deliver the $1,000.00 MXN that you left as a deposit.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

I liked that the room had balcony where I could enjoy the cool evening air.

The doors are too loud with beeping upon entry. And because of the concrete and tile, the sound travels far. It's showing s little wear but still in his shape. The rooftop pool was far too cold for me. No wash cloths provided.

Stayed there before and since it slightly up here it was short cut to most points but climbing was a bit but didn't really bother unless you have health condition.

It is not necessary the property but if you stay at a hotel like this you hear a lot more door banging and noise then big open hotel.

La ubicación fue el único punto a destacar.

No me gustó nada. Muchas escaleras. Piscina pequeña. Además estaban de obras. La habitación que nos dieron fue pésima con vista al patio de AACC. Pedimos cambiar o nos íbamos y nos cambiaron a otra un poco más decente pero por lo que pagamos 230€ la noche no daba la talla en absoluto, sobretodo después de ver que estaban ofertando habitaciones en 80€ por black friday. Nos sentimos estafados. Además veníamos del otro hotel Amaca en Quimixto y nada que ver. Tampoco nos hicieron ningún tipo de distinción. Cuantos huéspedes al año se quedan en sus mismas vacaciones en sus dos hoteles? No nos ayudaron a subir maletas. En fin un desastre. No volvería en la vida y menos recomendarlo.
