Hotel Villa Blu Capri

Beware of false advertisement!! This hotel is no where near the standards of a 5 star hotel and should be fined for advertising such. It is a 3 star hotel at the most. We had a terrible leak in the bathroom that made it almost impossible to use the vanity and had no hot water in the shower during our 3 day stay. We were promised another room and never received it. We discussed these issues with the concierge on duty and asked for a discounted rate but we were told “I am unable to do that” If you want to pay 5 star prices for a maybe 3 star hotel then waste your money. I would never recommend this hotel and would never go back.

The hotel is very nice, as well as the room. The bed was super comfortable, the location is excellent, and the reception staff and cleaning team were really kind.

The so-called “partial sea view” is misleading—you can’t actually see the sea at all. The shower only worked on hot mode; I mentioned it but it wasn’t fixed. Someone came to check and suggested I request a room change, but it felt like too much hassle since we only had one night left. The air conditioning remote didn’t work, so I had to ask reception to turn it off from their side. I had also requested two single beds, but since nobody replied, they just made up the sofa bed that was in the room instead.

Кондиционер невозможно регулировать самостоятельно, горячая вода в номере стекала очень долго, минут 10-15 приходилось мыться в холодной воде, возможно это было только в моем номере. Попросила принести паровой утюг, он не работал, принесли большой - протекал прямо на платье.

L’emplacement, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel, nous avons eu un petit souci à l’aéroport. Nous sommes arrivés un peu trop tard avec le retard de l’avion. Du coup nous avons pas pu séjourner notre première nuit à Capri, nous avons dû prendre une chambre d’hôtel pour Naples, faire bien attention quand vous arrivez à Naples avec les horaires pour le ferry.

Je pense que l’établissement devrait vérifier l’eau chaude car pendant nos deux jours d’hôtel, nous nous sommes lavés pratiquement avec de l’eau froide très désagréable Point. Négatif.

L’unico aspetto positivo che sentiamo di segnalare è la posizione dell’hotel.

La pulizia della camera era insufficiente, con diversi dettagli trascurati. La colazione, davvero poco fornita e poco curata, non rispecchiava minimamente lo standard che ci si aspetta da un 5 stelle. L’area piscina è stata una delle maggiori delusioni: tutto appariva poco curato, dalla pulizia generale dei tavoli e dei lettini alla manutenzione della piscina stessa, con l’idromassaggio non funzionante. Lo staff era praticamente assente, spesso intento a usare il cellulare anziché occuparsi degli ospiti o dell’area. Il tutto è stato ancora più deludente considerando che, nelle foto promozionali, l’area appariva come un’oasi curata e rilassante: un vero specchietto per le allodole. E come ciliegina sulla torta, al momento del check-out non ci è stato nemmeno chiesto come ci fossimo trovati, né un saluto cordiale: un dettaglio che, in una struttura di questo livello, fa davvero la differenza (in negativo). Un vero peccato, perché il potenziale ci sarebbe, ma manca completamente la cura e l’attenzione verso l’ospite che ci si aspetta in un hotel di questa categoria.
