Avoid This Hotel – A Complete Scam We were forced to pay extra to change our first room, which was uninhabitable due to poor ventilation, mold, and a terrible smell. Even in the new room, problems continued — on the last day the bathroom started leaking. The staff are polite but powerless. Both the “luxury” and “economy” rooms were terrible. No complimentary water is provided, and they charge €7 for a single bottle. It took two days to see the manager, who was aware of all issues but did nothing. We only expect from a hotel a clean room, a safe place for our baggage, and a clean bed to sleep, so we can enjoy exploring during the day and night. This hotel fails completely. If you want to ruin your Capri visit like we did, BluCapri is the right hotel.

Fantastic location. Luxurious feel to the property, welcoming reception team, unexpected welcome drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. Really nice breakfast staff, good food. Slept wonderfully in our lovely room.

Sunloungers could be more comfortable, wider range of options for breakfast might be nice (muesli, more cooked options etc). Bar drinks are quite pricey. But none of this detracted from our wonderful stay - this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

No hot water in showers unless you complain , then they turn on warm water They turn off the Wi-Fi late night. The pool is contaminated with algae. Breakfast is not edible due to flies on the food

The location was great and the staff where Absoloutley beautiful

In my opinion this shouldn’t be listed as a 5 star hotel, it’s old and run down and just doesn’t meet the 5star rating in my opinion
