Hotel Villa Blu Capri

Perfect location, amazing staff, all the staff. They wore the best. Room equipped with all the necessary things.

The staff was excellent!

A perfect hotel in beautiful Anacapri for our short stay. The staff welcomed us so wonderfully and we had an amazing stay for three nights. Room was really nice, but unfortunately the bathroom had a leaking tap at the sink and the pressure and temperature of the shower was low, but with such a short stay we managed it for the few days. The swimming pool was wonderful and quiet, we just didn't get enough time around the pool due to the weather. But, we loved the restaurant meal and breakfast in the morning. All in all a great place to stay in Anacapri.

The staff was the best part. They were extremely accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were really nice they have nice toiletries and the bathrooms were very luxurious.

We had lunch at the restaurant in the Main Street. It was lovely, good music, excellent staff and service. Craft beer, lasagne and ravioli caprese. Very enjoyable. Good prices considering it was a hotel too. The head waitress was very personable and professional.

It was on Capri

The hotel was not ready for guests, we booked a suite for a special occasion and they should never have welcomed guests to that room. The balcony hot tub was empty and the pool, well, see the attached photos and judge for yourself. We paid 800 per night for 2 nights and as it was late when we arrived we stayed the first night and they promised everything would be ready the following morning but then moved on to another place nearby which was very good. I had paid upfront as they had insisted so, and they promised me in writing to refund me the second nights accommodation as there was lots of excuses as to why they couldn’t issue a refund before we left. However we are now 1 month later and several emails and phone calls later and still no refund. We found the staff we interacted with to be professional and sympathetic but the manager a ms P.M. was not very nice or professional and now also clearly dishonest. I wish I could upload videos here to really show how bad this place was, just imagine they had set up the sun loungers around the filthy pool as if one could sunbathe there.
