+ gratis parkering i garage under hotellet + bra pris (vi valde halvpension) + trevligt spa med inomhuspool, bastu, duschar, jacuzzi etc som ingår, och även utomhuspool + trevligt rum med bra med plats för hela familjen och härlig havsutsikt - maten var tyvärr ingen höjdare. Stort utbud vid frukost och midagsbuffe men flesta huvudrätter var smaklösa. De borde ha ett fåtal rätter och göra dessa bra istället. Efterrätterna var nog bäst :)

This hotel was one of the best we ever stay location, location ..! Near everything we needed it …! The Breakfast Buffet one of the best ever …! Make included it your stay won’t regret it’s worth it everything was so awesome…! Large variety of food for all family..!

Amazing service and customer care provided

Really loved it. My friends and I extended our stay because it was so pleasant & convenient. We do wish that they had provided paper towels for the kitchenette & that there was an additional air vent in the main bedroom when you pull the sliding door closed, for privacy or sound/ light blocking. The spa was very nice, too, and wish we could've enjoyed it more

Great location, comfortable room overlooking pool and sea view. Fabulous breakfast.

Quick & easy check-in. Rooms a little dated, but plenty of space, kitchenette, comfy firm beds, really powerful shower. Breakfast ok, the usual options along with tasty bread/ pastries. Star of the show was the omelette to order station, however, if you go too early or too late to the buffet, you’ve no chance, as the lady only did about an hour’s stint! The outdoor pool was pleasant, with plenty of beds. Youngest son wanted to use the gym, but was too much of a kerfuffle for the few days we were there. He was told to go next door to the shopping mall, tell them when he wanted to use it , then go back into hotel to access it. Strangest arrangement ever for working out! Location pretty good; close to shops, bars & restaurants, then about 30 minute walk into Funchal. Didn’t go into their bar; it looked a little depressing. They let us use the showers & towels in the spa after we’d checked out, as flight home not until the evening. Overall, good value for money, but not a particular memorable hotel.

Absolutely brilliant, stayed in a suite they upgraded our family to a room next door to us. Also because it was there wedding anniversary they left completely a bottle of champagne, cheese and biscuits in their room. Breakfast was super anything you required was there, defo recommend also the spa was excellent
