Great location just off the main street in Katoomba. Lovely quirky hotel with lots of character and felt really homely. Staff were friendly and great value! Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Staff were excellent. The breakfast was tasty with a decent variety of cations. The building is old but has an old world ambience with a good choice of sitting rooms providing a variety of quiet spaces outside of your room. Loved the pool table for a game of snooker. Some clients were advising us that they had taken advantage of special 3 day deals offered so keep an eye out for these.

The situation at the bottom of a rather steep hill is not suited to elderly or less mobile clients.

Lovely old guesthouse with interior typical of the past which added to it's old world charm. The bedrooms have been renovated and are very clean and tidy. The location was excellent. Close to restaurants, bars and train station.

Old style vintage layout . The staff were friendly breakfast was great . Convenient near the railway

The lift needs an upgrade . Maybe find a way to put a microwave in each room . The tv local channels were hard to get .
