Breakfast: very poor, nothing with gluten free, coffee cold, juice not drinkable at all. Spa zone: cos sauna works only from 18 till 21 its too crowded, too many people. Pool and jakuzi too cold. The only good thing was room size. Its big and with good beds.

Cleaners have to be more polite with customers . We visited the hotels in the different countries and everywhere the hotels workers was very polite...except in Lithuania . Reception service was excellent

Visiting with a group of friends for a weekend trip in Palanga. We enjoyed great, rich breakfast, spa, staff! Renewed hotel! Will be planing to come back in august with family and friends for a few days.

Amazing customer service. Great location, good amenities and breakfast. Receptionist Erika was absolutely above and beyond. Very friendly and helpful. My daughter had an issue which required medical consultation, so she was very anxious about it. We tried to find info about open clinics at the local pharmacy, but they sent us to the hospital (emergency room). When we got back to the hotel Erica found an open clinic for us, called there, helped with the language (we don’t speak Lithuanian) and got a consultation on the phone, therefore we had clear instructions from the nurse. All free of charge. She also cheered up and comforted my daughter. Thank you, Erica, you saved our day.

Great stay, loved it, awesome staff! We will go back for sure!

Modern hotel with spa which I couldnt test unfortunately. Large room, clean and large bed. Small bottle of water for 2.50€ is a bit exagerated. Breakfast was ok. Lunch at M.EAT was excellent. No bar and restaurant closes 9pm (maybe because it is low season). Overall good place to stay in Palanga and not far from airport.

Room: first night we werent able to sleep due to visitors from next apartment of ours, because you can literally hear every single word they are saying without shouting, not to even mention when someone laughs. Walls are paper, furnitures are from Soviet Russia, tv from 1995, bathroom smels like eastern european hospital in 1999, rooms have 2 lamps around the bed, no main lamp for the room, air conditioning is just a decoration. Rooms 1/10. Way too expensive for this quality. Service: first day of arrival we were greed by a very mean administration worker, which did not have a queue to organise or something, she was hurrying us to sign the papers and handed the room keys quickly just to get rid of us without any explanations about the hotel services or offers or pleasent attitude. We were also not informed about spa accessories like towels, which we had to find out of other guests that we need to take from hotel administration. Second day worker at the administration was friendlier, but was rather angry when was asked to hand us the wine bottle unplugged from the hotel kitchen, since we were not well dressed to go to the restaurant. Overall 2/10 for the service. SPA: first friday afternoon that we arrived there was quite a good experience due to the amount of people that was there, it was enough space for all of us in saunas, jacuzzi and the pool, but saturday evening we arrived and saw as much space as you get in a music festival so no relaxation was provided, we just turned around and walked away angrily since in my opinion the hotel should follow up with how many people are registered and allowed in spa to ensure a positive experience. If they had a standart european spa everything would be understandable, but when it is 5 square meters with 2 saunas, 1 mini pool and 1 jacuzzi for the whole hotel - its absurd. Spa : 4/10 Restaurant breakfast/food: Food left the only pleasant experience of our stay. Quality products made with quality cooking. Although there could be a wider choice of meals we still give it a high and firm 8/10 Overall stay : 4/10 but should be even worse due to the price of the stay when the only quality thing here is the breakfast

Accueil moyen dans cet hôtel pourtant agréable composé de plusieurs bâtiments. Nous avions un chambre type motel en rez de jardin qui doit être très agréable en ete. Ensemble satisfaisant avec bon petit déjeuner complet.

Amazing stay. Receptionists are polite and helpful, superb breakfast and great spa. Recommended it to my daughter and would stay myself again when in Palanga.
