Gabija Hotel SPA & Conferences

Hospitality is a people's business and the Gabija Staff in Palanaga is embracing just that - very well done. All staff interactions have been friendly, professional and thus very pleasant. Rooms are functional and clean - we had a room towards the back yard and thus the location was very quiet. The hotel is locaed perfectly - be that for a walk through the park or for going out to dinner or renting a bike to explore the city. All there and coupled with top-notch service. Great experience overall and would certainly return.

This was our second stay here. We had booked a large room/apartment with a terrace but several days before our arrival we received a message to say that the terrace would not be available because of renovation works. However, the hotel offered us a discount if we still wanted the room, which we accepted. Staff attitude was excellent at all levels, room standard very good. My only comment would be that breakfast offerings on some days are extremely good while on others ,not so good, but that is just a personal choice. Q We will return.

Average hotel, tragic spa. In december we had a cold jacuzzis and etc, so just unpleasant. Gifted our parents 2 day spa trip - on arrival they were informed that spa is not working, very rude staff not offering any solutions.

We visited in the fall and February. We hope to return in the summer for a longer period. Surprised by the size of the room. Spacious and clean. The hotel’s restaurant serves food and service of the highest standard.

Good location, spacious rooms, good breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a quiet, but central location, near a beautiful park. The beach is also only a short walk away which is great. The staff was exceptionally helpful, welcoming and friendly which made the whole experience even better! Highly recommend it!

Breakfast could have more variety

Staff was very impolite! And they didn’t speak English very well. Breakfast was poor, we stayed two nights and on the second morning we went to eat the breakfast to the restaurant near by... the whole staying was totally waste of money, i wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The only good Thing was the location, it was ok..

Nice welcome to the hotel, great staff. Room was large, clean and the balcony was a great bonus !

Short break to palanga, very comfortable hotel, nice room with nice terrace bar too.
