The setting

No hot water and no room heating. No choice for dinner, we were forced to have the buffet regardless of the menu, cost is excessive. Cut our stay short due to the lack of hot water and heating. Wifi is only in the main facility. Absolutely no reception in the rooms.

"Venue good, staff good but the dinner set menu spoil all... it was not value for money."

The dinner menu ... there should be more options.. maybe they can extend the light meal menu till 8pm.. t The dinner menu we had was really not our expectation and most food was send back untouched...

Very clean place, very accommodating staff and makes every effort to make it perfect, staff just tries to help all the time and succeeds at it, special people

The water flow in the shower was very weak.
