Iberostar Waves Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Found a small roach in the room, and dinning options they were not good also the food from restaurants was most of it the same from the buffet.

Property and staff was excellent . Was not a huge fan of the food.

Overall, I did like this property. However I did like Riu a bit better in Punta Cana. The people are much nicer at Riu. Buffets are hit and miss. Restaurants are very good. Beach is good, got bit up by bugs really bad tho. The rooms were clean but bathrooms stunk. Overall it was 6/10. Definitely not the worst but better resorts out there.

Overall we are very pleased with our stay at this place. We greatly enjoyed view, great food, beach, pools, live evening entertainment. The only thing we found annoying is excessive amount of various sales at hotel beach and at the property- too much.

This resort was kept clean and properly maintained. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the well seasoned food at the buffets. There was entertainment every night. we had a great time.

Bad service , rooms stink , terrible food , staff don’t understand English well .
