The staff is superior to any other place, the food is top tier, the beach is amazing. Will continue to go back

They don't have drinking water in the rooms, the rooms are old and dirty, the hotel in general needs renovation.

Thee property was beautifull, rooms nice and spacious. There was not much beach area and very crowded, pools were in much need of update on tile & plaster.

One of serious problem to come in and out of water in the beach. Food verity options is second. No English speaking workers. Nice , beautiful, clean and quiet aria.

We had the rooftop suite and had VIP access during our stay. The resort is beautiful! Spend the extra money to go this route. You also get access to the more upscale cabanas. The buffet food was extremely subpart, so make reservations to restaurants ahead of time. The staff was incredible everywhere. If you're looking to do a lot of excursions, understand that many are located an hour and fifteen minutes away. We probably would've only done one if we knew that. Monkey land was our favorite excursion! We went the second week of November, and it was overcast a lot. If you're into that, book then. Overall, it was a good experience, but we likely won't revisit.
