WHEN I CHECKED IN THERE WAS A $5 KEY HOLD, I SPECIFICALLY GAVE THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE $5 CASH NOT MY CARD, AT CHECKOUT I INQUIRED ABOUT THE REFUND OF THE $5 SHE PROCESSED TO TELL ME THAT I DIDN'T GIVE IT TO HER BECAUSE THEY ONLY ACCEPT CARD... NOW I'M NOT CRAZY OR DELUSIONAL ABOUT $5 IT'S THE PRINCIPLE OF IT ALL AND I DIDN'T APPRECIATE IT AT ALL FROM A MAJOR RESORT

Perfect place! Nice staff! Delicious food and drinks!

The resort offered a pleasant stay, and most of the staff were accommodating. Entertainment options were well-received by both kids and adults alike. Food quality was also notable. However, dining at the lobster and steak house proved disappointing due to inattentive service from a waiter who was impolite and slow, leading to a lengthy delay in receiving our entrée and our eventual decision to leave and eat elsewhere. Other visitors had comparable issues with the service at this restaurant.
